History

Initially in Ka Ya Na Yang in Houa Khong, M. Mok (then Xam Teu), installed three km with of Ban Khamkeut on the way of M. Viengthong (Hong Teu) remains a large pavillion and the ruins of the sim a kok pho. Louang Sourin was a hunter of elephants like their ancestors. He met Louang Khamphèng, who is Taï Bo from Nakai Nhomarat (NTheung2) in the plain of reeds and they came to live together in Khamkeut. Louang Khampheng was established in old Khamkeut (Hong Teu) him settling with new Khamkeut and they went to study together in Vietnam at Chao Fa Sam Kone Louang for the sum of 6 horns of rhinoceros and six measurements of silver (blood). After finishing, they returned to see Phagna Tham Tèvo. At that time, Khamkeut was invaded. Phana Tèvo was dead and all his family had taken refuge at Ban Tha Khone Nhang, Kalasin province. Did Louang Sourin and Louang Khampheng followed the Phana Tèvo's family to demand them to nominate them and give them the two manuscripts with a seal (lacquer is khi Khang). Louang Sourin of M. Khamkeut and Louang Khamphèng based themselves in Ban Tan Phon. They invited the 32 ethnic groups of the area (of which they can quote only 16) to meet for the great vassalage oath.
